Booking terms
These terms apply to direct bookings and enquiries via whitevillavioleta.com. If you booked through Booking.com or another channel, additional or different terms (cancellation, payment via the platform) may apply on their confirmation — please check both our communication and theirs.

Booking, confirmation and payment
We receive your booking request through the form on the website. We then check availability and send further instructions by email (deposit, balance, payment method). A booking becomes binding for us only when we explicitly confirm it in writing (email) and any agreed payment conditions are met, unless otherwise stated in the offer. The tourist tax (sojourn tax) is charged according to applicable rules of the Municipality of Kolan / Croatia and is shown separately from the nightly rate. Payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.) and deadlines are agreed after we confirm your request.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation terms depend on the cancellation date, length of stay and type of offer. Exact conditions (deadlines, refunds, fees) are set out in the written instructions we send with your booking confirmation or in a separate agreement. Please inform us as soon as possible if your plans change so we can offer the dates to other guests where possible.
House rules (White Villa Violeta)
Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance so we can hand over the accommodation smoothly. Check-out: from 06:00 to 10:00. Security deposit: €500 in cash on arrival. It is returned at check-out after inspection of the accommodation, except in case of damage or extra charges under these rules. Children: all ages welcome. Travel cot on request for ages 0–2 (free of charge), subject to availability and the apartment chosen. Extra beds are not available in all units — check the apartment description or ask us in advance. Lead guest making the booking: minimum age 18. Group bookings (more than three units): special conditions and extra charges may apply — please arrange in advance. Smoking: not allowed inside the accommodation and indoor common areas. Parties and loud music: events or parties are not allowed. Please respect other guests and neighbours; avoid loud noise in the evening and at night. Pets: possible with prior notice and a possible extra fee according to the current price list and house rules.
Liability and damage
Guests are liable for damage to the property beyond normal use. The €500 deposit covers minor damage in line with the house rules. Valuables left in the accommodation are at your own risk; travel insurance is recommended. Use of the property and pool is at your own risk; please follow safety instructions, especially for children.
