What we collect and why
Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, message and optional arrival/departure dates — so we can reply to your enquiry. Booking via our site: guest details, contact information, stay dates, number of guests and any extras related to the booking — to process your request, confirm availability and communicate with you. Technical data: like most websites, our servers may log limited information about your visit (e.g. IP address, browser type, time) for security and correct operation. Reservation system: we use Beds24 to manage availability and bookings. Data relevant to your stay may be stored and processed there to perform the accommodation contract. Email: messages from the contact form are sent via an email delivery service (e.g. Resend) to our address; only the data you enter in the form is processed. We do not sell your personal data for marketing. We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose (e.g. handling the booking, legal/tax obligations) or until you ask for erasure, unless the law requires longer retention.

We use strictly necessary cookies without which the site cannot function properly. Analytics or marketing cookies are only enabled if you consent (banner on the site). You can change your browser settings or your consent choice at any time where available.
